  Systems Analyst/Programmer (ASFC: 49172, SSGT) 1,000 bed rehabilative and training Medical center. Infrastructure consisted of fiber backbone, 500+ VAX terminals, 500+ Zenith desktop PCs. Macintosh. Developed, maintained and managed computer software written in support of administrative and managerial projects as well as the automated tracking of patient data and war-time & disaster preparedness military training records. Produced retrievals, reports, and updated databases consisting of financial, workload and command intrest data pertaining to all areas of Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center. Conducted troubleshooting & repair of desktop systems. I was one of only 4 active duty Systems Analyst supporting this site.
